Pork Sausage Bundle
Each bundle entitles you to a share of a live pig that we will transform into 20 pounds of "unbelievably delicious" sausage. You pick up to four flavors.
These pigs are raised on a combination of pasture and mixed woodlots where they root and forage to their delight, supplemented with an organic, soy-free feed ration.
All of our sausage seasoning blends are made fresh in our shop with wholesome ingredients and stuffed into real, natural casings: you won't find any MSG, soy protein, or other common fillers in our sausage. You get to enjoy sausage from happy pigs, with real ingredients, made by happy people. Enjoy!
We've consistently heard from our customers that our sausage is, hands down, the best they've had. Only you can be the judge for your own tastebuds, but doesn't that praise make it worth trying?
And, in case it isn't obvious, our sausage includes only the pork you'd want to cook and eat whole. We don't use the grinding process to hide the odd bits that you wouldn't otherwise want to eat.

Breakfast - inspired by the classic flavors you'd expect in breakfast sausage (sage, thyme, pepper, etc) but without the sugar or maple syrup sweetness, making it versatile across meals for any occasion (try it 50/50 with beef for burgers, in soups, pasta sauce, on pizza).

Bratwurst - this is a traditional take on the style, letting the pork shine through with the right amount of marjoram and white pepper.
- Curry - for those looking for a fun addition to their sausage line up. These are delicious grilled, as part of a curry inspired meal, or on an appetizer board. We add freshly chopped garlic and white wine to this one -- one of our family favorites!
- Hot Italian - fennel and caraway provide the backbone (as in Mild Italian), but then a combination of pepper additions add a spicy twist to this much loved sausage.
- Mild Italian - a true to style "Italian" sausage with the flavors American's expect: fennel, caraway, and a hint of sweetness from coriander and sugar.

Polish White - some say "kielbasa without the smoke", but it's nothing like the commercially produced kielbasa. This sausage recipe requires great pork; it's super simple and let's the pork shine. We hand chop garlic to help give this sausage a bright, fresh flavor that can be enjoyed in a variety of meal settings.
