A Family Vision

Hi! I'm Craig and that's my wife, Abby, and our beautiful children. Our vision for Melvin Hill Meats started by asking the question, "What does our community need from us?" We wanted a way of sharing our passion for better meat and so here we are!

In our business we obsess over raising and harvesting animals in the best way possible to produce the highest quality, most nutrient dense meat for you. When we don't raise the animals ourselves, we partner with neighboring farms that produce something we'd call our own.
